As the parent of an amazing son who lives with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), the motivation to create TrueHLTH is personal and fueled by years of navigating through a fragmented system that lacks a consistent multidisciplinary approach to care.

While chronic illness is often lifelong, most people can lead happy and productive lives if their disease is proactively and holistically managed. A strong support system, access to care, adherence to therapy, and healthy lifestyle can greatly improve the chances of achieving remission, limiting complications, and helping to assure wellbeing.
